How to Add Your Server to the ServerCS2 Monitoring
Your own Counter-Strike 2 server without players is just an empty map. The ServerCS2 monitoring helps server owners get into the overall rating, receive a steady flow of players and track the player count in real time. In this guide we'll cover how to add a CS2 server to the monitoring in a few steps.
What you'll need
- A working dedicated CS2 server (or one rented from a host).
- An external IP address and game port (27015 by default).
- An open port for A2S queries so the monitoring can see the player count and map.
- A ServerCS2 account.

Step 1. Register and sign in
Create a ServerCS2 account and confirm your sign-in. After registration you'll get access to your dashboard, where all your servers, statistics and promotion tools are gathered.
Step 2. Add the server
In your dashboard, click “Add Server” and enter the IP address and port of your Counter-Strike 2 server. The system automatically performs an A2S query to check availability and pull in the name, current map, mode and player count.
Step 3. Fill out the server card
- Add a clear name and a short description — this is the first thing players see.
- Specify the mode (Retake, Arena, Deathmatch, Surf, AWP, etc.) and the region.
- Add tags: they help players filter servers by interest.
- Attach links to your Discord, VK or Telegram community.
Step 4. Verification and publishing
Once the server has passed the availability check, it appears in the overall ServerCS2 rating and starts getting players. The player count, map and status update automatically every few seconds, so the monitoring always shows the current picture.
How to climb higher in the rating
- Keep a steady player count — live servers rank higher.
- Collect votes and player reviews: the rating affects your position in the list.
- Watch your uptime — frequent crashes push the server down in the results.
- Enable promotion (Boost) to lock in a top spot and gain an audience faster.
Done. Now your CS2 server is in front of thousands of players. Update the card regularly, talk to the community and analyze your player-count statistics — that's how the project will grow faster.
